Special congratulations to the Novice B Wilmot Wolverines as they ended their season with a terrific effort at the Provincial OWHA Championship weekend in Toronto.  The team did not advance to the play-off round due to a tie breaking format after round robin but celebrated great success in participating.  The girls played outstanding hockey and worked hard as a team all weekend.  The fans were extremely proud and thrilled with their efforts.  The Novice team is also elated for their mentor Atom team who they helped to cheer on to the gold medal and title of Provincial Champions. It was a great weekend to be a Wolverine! Read More

The Novice B Wilmot Wolverines will proceed in their journey toward Provincial Finals and League Championships as they defeated Woodstock 2-0 in a best of three series.  High flyer Mikayla O'Connell sent a beautiful pass to Jenna Kumpf who knocked one in by the Woodstock goalie.  O'Connell then scored the second goal of the game to ensure the win for the Wolverines 2-0.  Excellent defensive play by Maddie McCormick and Jayden Calder.  Terrific hustle by Sierra Egli and Lauren Bast.  The Wolverines now take on the Grand River Mustangs in their next series.  Good luck to the Wolverines this weekend as they enter a tournament in Burlington as well.  Go Wolverines!
