Please note that we do not have set days that our girls play their games or have their practices. Our Local League teams play against other centers and we do not know their ice schedules at this time. Your games and practices could be any night of the week or on weekends.

You will be given a schedule once the teams begin after Thanksgiving which will include your game schedule up to Christmas. All local league teams participate in the Jason Cripps tournament which takes place over the Christmas holidays in Kitchener – typically Dec 27-31.  Teams also participate in our own WGHA Kyla Kowalik Memorial Tournament in early-mid January.

Over Christmas divisions will be split into an A and B pool and you will be given a game schedule up until the middle of March. Semi-finals for the top 4 teams in each pool take place in late March, with the finals taking place in Kitchener near the end of March for teams that are successful in the semi-final round.  You could be playing right up until the end of March.

Practice schedules are not always consistent because the game schedule for the Rep teams are set at various times during the season.  Our ice scheduler does their best to have the next month practices in the calendar before the end of each month. Please monitor your teams calendar and sign up for the notifications so you have the latest.

We know that this at times can make it difficult to schedule other activities your child is in, however usually those other activities occur on the same night, and chances are you may choose to miss one game of hockey or a practice or your dance class instead.

We look forward to a great season.
