Top 2 Website Features to Help Keep You Connected
Submitted By Blair Ernest on Wed 09 14, 16
The hockey season is a busy time of year.  Keeping track of all the practices, games, tournaments and more can be a nightmare for some.  But the Wilmot Girls Hockey website has a couple different ways to keep you in sync.

#1. Calendar Feed Synchronization

Use this page (http://wilmotgirlshockey.com/Webcal/) to create your own personal "Calendar Feed Address" which you can use to automatically synchronize one or more team calendars with devices and software which allow "Subscribed" or "Internet" calendars.

And if your device supports it, you can also customize settings for reminder/alerts.  Remember to include the "Major Organization Events" so you have everything.

#2. Team Website Updates

You can signup to receive email or text messages via "Manage Subscriptions".   Use this tool to get notified by email or text of schedule updates (typically within 2 weeks), game results, events or news articles.  This tool is located on the Organization homepage on the bottom left side as shown or here (http://wilmotgirlshockey.com/Utils/Subscriptions/Email.aspx).   Once you type in your email or phone number you have the choice of which team to subscribe to and which options you would like to choose.

You can receive emails for Game Results, News Articles and Events added to the team website. You can also be emailed about changes to the schedule which helps know when things change in your Calendar Feed above.

It is also suggested that you keep the Organization Events and News Articles selected so you stay informed.
