Game 3 of the Jason Cripps Tournament
Tonight the girls played against the Kitchener Lady Rangers Red. The game was evenly matched through the first two periods. They were tied 0-0 at the end of the second. Alana Miller scored early in the third with assists by Chiara Baumbach and Jenna Caslick to lead the Wolverines 1-0. Kitchener fought back hard and tied it up at 7:14. It was looking like it would end in a tie but Kitchener scrambled in front of the net with 36 seconds left in the game to put one in. We pulled our goalie and tried to net one with the extra attacker but the game ended 2-1 for Kitchener. Good game girls! Our next game is Thursday morning at 11:30 against Stratford. Good luck ladies!
