The
Wilmot Wolverines Novice LL2 team enjoyed another strong week to remain
undefeated after nine games. On Wednesday (December 3rd) the Wolverines
traveled to St. Clements to face the Twin Centre Hericanes.
Twin Centre scored first in this game taking a 1-0 lead in the first but before the end of the first Juliana Baptie would score to tie the game. The Wolverines would then take the lead and didn't look back with goals from Claire Weinacht, Ada Bender, Olivia Burns, Kasey Livingstone and Aziza Pringle. Paige Yoworski also had many great scoring chances. The Wolverines defense of Faith Appleton, Emmie Fronchak, Raelyn Cook and Bronwyn Brietenstein did a great job of keeping the puck in the Twin Centre zone and not allowing quality scoring chances.
