Wolverine Atom Bs Remain Undefeated in Regular Season
The B-W Feed & Seed Atom B Wolverines remain on a roll, and continue to be undefeated in regular season play.  The team bonded and gained some great experience in their first early tournament in Clarington, and are reaping the benefits in league action.  A fast-skating team, the Wolverines are preparing for a big weekend in Waterloo at their second tournament of the year.

The weekend was chock full of action as Wilmot took on Waterloo resulting with a win 2-0, tied the Cambridge Roadrunners 1-1, and beat across town rivals Twin Centre 1-0 to boot.  Lauren Bast threw the puck wide off a face-off to Jenna Kumpf who cashed against the outstanding net-minder from Twin Centre, Katie Lee.  It was a textbook play, and the coaching staff were thrilled.  Kumpf was in the play the entire game and is commended for her ability to read the ice.

Special congratulations to Emily Jantzi with a shut-out and some incredible saves in the game versus Twin Centre.  Jantzi was hit in the mask a couple of times but stood her ground with some fantastic pad saves.  Outstanding hustle and hard work from Kayla Schenk in all three games as she is a veteran on defence, and special mention to Paige Jurica for her forechecking and speed.

Good luck to the Wolverines this weekend in the Waterloo Fall Challenge Cup where they will see the Hericanes Friday morning.
