Novice LL's End First Half with Two More Wins
The Wolverine Novice LL's picked up two more wins over the weekend, to end the first half of the season with a record of 8-1-1.
On Saturday, the Wolverines played the Cambridge Roadrunners White and came away with a 5-0 win.
Scoring for the Wolverines were Paige N. (2), Maeve C., Rachel E. and Claire W. Assists went to Taylor M.(2), Kya G. (2), Isabelle B., and Maeve C.
Eva C. earned her third shut-out of the season.
On Sunday the Wolverines travelled for Fergus to play the Grand River Mustang's #1. The girls showed another great offensive effort, scoring five goals and allowing only one goal to the Mustangs.
Scoring were Rachel E.(4), and Isabelle B. Assists went to Grace M. (4), Paige N, and Maeve C (3).
The girls end the first half of the season with eight wins and 17 points.
