Road trip to Milverton
The Wolverines played their second game of the second half of the season against the Central Perth team. Michaela was in net for the game. The girls were passing well and skating the puck well today. They opened up the scoring with a goal by Emily Smith (her first ever!!) with an assist by Victoria Clark. At the end of the first the score was 1-0 for the Wolverines. We scored again in the second with an unassisted goal by Kirsten Bolding to give us a 2-0 lead in the second. The game was getting chippy and there were some penalties for both teams. In the third period the Wolverines scored again with a goal by Victoria Clark assisted by Emily Smith. The game ended with the Wolverines winning 3-0 and Baker got the shut out. Our next game is at home on Wednesday against the Mustangs at 7:30.
