Midget BB/B tryouts begin Sept 8th UPDATED
Welcome to the 2015-2016 Midget BB/B team site! Coaches Chris Larochelle, Jim Luckhardt and Jo Scott will be at the helm this year. We're excited to be part of what has become known as a hardworking and talented team.
The tryout schedule begins after labour day with two tryouts followed by a number of games to determine our team. We encourage all Midget Wolverines to register and come on out for Tryouts and for those coming from other associations please ensure you have a permission to skate form. Schedule is as follows;
Tryouts and tentative exhibition games.
Tues. Sept. 8th @ 8:30-9:20pm
Sat. Sept. 12th @ 2:00-3:20pm
Sun. Sept. 13th @ 6:30 -7:50pm Wilmot vs Twin Centre Herricanes BB
Wed. Sept. 16th @ 8:30 -9:20pm Wilmot at Woolwich Wildcats B
Sun. Sept. 20th @ 8:30 -9:20pm Wilmot vs Woolwich Wildcats B
Tues. Sept. 22nd @ 8:30 -9:50pm Wilmot vs (Visiting BB or A Team)
-games should be finalized this week and will be updated shortly.
One important difference this year is that all player releases will be communicated online
The tryout list links are found to the left in the quick links.
- No players will be released until at minimum 2 tryouts.
- All players will receive a confidential tryout id number that will be used to identify release status online
- After the 2nd tryout and any subsequent tryouts, a list will be posted online indicating release status - identifying players by id number not name.
- A player who has been released will have the opportunity to schedule a meeting with the coach to get feedback on areas of improvement.
