Member of our hockey family in need
Submitted By WGHA on Sat 02 05, 22
One of our former hockey coaches, Jim Scott, is on the transplant list awaiting a kidney donation. As an organization we would like to get the word out about this need, as well as create awareness for organ donation in general.

Jim has been a coach with our association for many years - from his daughter's start in Fundamentals through to her years in Midget. For people who don't know him, Jim is a loving husband and a great dad to 2 fun teenagers. Jim loves spending time with his kids and is a very dedicated dad.

Finding a donor is Jim's family’s top priority. Please read the Wilmot Post article about Jim and spread the word to help find a donor:

Information needed to donate:
Name: James Scott
Nephrologist is Dr. Vitou at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener
