Dressing Room Policy
It has a been decided that for the 2018/19 season only females will be allowed into the dressing room while the kids are getting dressed prior to practices and games.
Dads and male coaches may be permitted in the dressing room to tie skates after all the players are fully dressed and an adult female is present. Alternatively, once the girls are dressed, they may take their skates just outside the dressing room door for their dad to tie their skates and then they will return to the dressing room. If this is the case, dads please do not wander too far from the dressing room so the girls do not have to go searching.
Please allow adequate time, it is strongly encouraged that girls arrive at least 30 minutes prior to practices and games. This will allow enough time for the players to get dressed and then enable male coaches to come into the change room for any pre game or practice talks. After games and practices male coaches will be allowed into the dressing room for a few minutes to share their thoughts with the players before leaving the room to allow the girls to change out of their equipment.
