Atom LL's Finish Regular Season with a Tie
The Atom LL's played their final regular season game on Saturday against the Kitchener Lions.
It was an action packed game, with both teams fighting hard to find the net. However, the two teams played 3 scoreless periods and the game ended in a 0-0 tie.
Wolverines goaltender Eva C. earned the shut out. Special thanks to our 4 Novice team call ups; Ada Bender, Olivia Burns, Kasey Livingston and Claire Weinacht. All four girls played an excellent game and had some scoring opportunities, as well as some great defensive plays.
The Wolverines finish the season in fourth place in their pool, granting them a spot in the semi-finals versus the Cambridge Roadrunners White.
