IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Early Bird Discount:
The early bird discount is $50 off the registration fee. In order to qualify for this discount, players must be registered by the end of day on May 31st, 2025.
If you are paying by instalments, the first payment will be $300 regardless of if you are receiving the early bird discount or not.
Payment Options:
Payments can be made either by credit card or by e-transfer.
E-Transfers should be made to etransfer@wilmotgirlshockey.com, and need to include player name and team in the memo of the e-transfer.
First time registrants will have the late fee waived, but will be placed on a waiting list if the teams are already full.
If you wish to pay registration fees by instalments, payments are due on:
-Date of Registration: $300
-September 1st, 2025: $300
-December 1st, 2025: Balance of fees owing
*Please Note: If instalment payments are not received by the scheduled due date, your daughter will not be allowed to participate in any on-ice activities until it has been received.

All first time registrants to Wilmot Girls Hockey must supply a copy of a birth certificate with registration.

Wolverines Goalie Initiative:
If you are a goalie, you can apply for a reduction in the base registration fee (given as a rebate at the end of the season). To receive the rebate, goalies must apply during initial registration and receive approval from the WGHA Executive. Please visit Wolverines Goalie Initiative page for more information.
