As of 2024-2025, OWHA, together with OHF, have created a new process to submit your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
All coaches and staff are required to submit their VSC through the OHF screening submission portal, regardless of if they have coached or helped staff a team previously. This is a new process ALL coaches and staff need to complete or rosters will be rejected.

A few things to note:
1. Uploading your VSC into RAMP is not sufficient
2. Uploading your VSC into Spordle is not sufficient
3. OHF is pretty quick to review the submissions through the portal (about 4 hour turnaround time)
4. You can tell if your submission was accepted by the following indicators:
5. If the green banner isn't showing up after 5-6 hours, it is likely that there was an issue with the submission or it was not uploaded correctly. If the name on your VSC doesn't match the name on your Spordle account, your submission will most likely also be rejected.
