Rep Coach Application 2026-27
Please use this form for our Rep Head Coaches for the 2026-2027 season. Applications will be closed February 1 2026. We will be reviewing applicants, contacting references and interviewing during the month of February and have a goal to announce the successful candidates on or before March 13th.
I AGREE that if selected I will upgrade my credentials as requested by Wilmot Girls Hockey Association (WGHA), attend all coaches meetings and comply with the Constitution, Bylaws, Policies, and Procedures of the Wilmot Girls Hockey Association (WGHA) and the Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA).

In addition, I understand that completing a Head Coach Application does not ultimately guarantee me a Coaching Position with the WGHA.

I hereby authorize the WGHA to collect personal information appropriate to the position being applied for by verifying character references supplied.

Criminal Offence Declaration

All staff are required to have a valid police check on file. Police checks are valid for a period of three years. The Criminal Offence Declaration must be completed each year for every coach or staff member.
