To be in compliance with the OWHA's proof of vaccination guidelines, Wolverines players, coaching staff, officials, and volunteers will have to provide proof of vaccination in order to take part in OWHA activities.

Please follow the link below in order to provide your proof of vaccination. In order to meet the OWHA's November 1, 2021 deadline for full vaccination (2 weeks after second dose) we are asking that players, coaching staff, officials, and volunteers provide their proof of vaccination via the link by
October 23rd.
Also below you will find a link that shows how you can acquire your second dose receipt and a link for those who will be requiring a refund for the season.
