The Pond to Podium Development Series includes:
- 4 skills series sessions led by national team staff
- 4 We Are Coaches clinics led by women master coach developers
- 3 holistic hockey training sessions for players led by national team staff
- 2 Pond to Podium panels for coaches, players and parents led by national team athletes and staff
