Dust Off the Rust 2015-16

Wilmot Wolverines and LMcIntosh Hockey are giving players the chance to "Dust off the Rust" which developed on their skates over the summer. It also allows the players to sharpen, fine tune or develop their hockey skills before the season officially starts. Please fill out the fields and indicate which programs you are registering for.

Pre-Season Preparation (3 x 1 hr sessions)

This program is designed to get players ready for the upcoming season. It consists of high tempo drills to ensure that the players are working hard, fast, andsmart. The program will focus on the skills and work ethic that we believe are important in order to be successful at all age levels. Sessions will be 50 minutes long and 1 of the 3 sessions will end with a 20-minute scrimmage. During that time, instructors will be giving feedback where it is needed. | Preparation Program: $75 (3 hours) / Player Maximum: 25 Players, 4 Goalies

Additional Specialized Sessions

Specialized Skills Sessions: $30 per session / Player Maximums: Goalie Session 15 | Power Skating Session 30 Players and 6 goalies | Puck Skills Session 30.

Goalie Session^*

Required

This one-hour session will be a good time for goalies to see a lot of pucks before the season starts. We will have various goalie instructors (NCAA or CIS level) on the ice to help assist goalies wherever they feel it is needed.

Power Skating Session^*

Required

This one-hour session is a great way to get players on the ice to improve their skating stride before the season starts. It will focus on skating stride, and over speed drills (keeping their feet moving).

Puck Skills Session^*

Required

This one-hour session will consist of stick handling, puck control, and puck protection. The players will always have a puck on their stick throughout the entire session. The drills will be designed to have them try skills that they may not have tried before.

Please indicate how you will be providing payment for the sessions. You have two options now: 1) Cheque or Cash 2) Online using PayPal ($5 administration charge will be applied to online PayPal payments)

REGISTRATION AND WAIT LIST CONDITIONS:
Registration is considered complete when this form and complete payment to WGHA is received. Cheque or Cash payments can be mail or dropped off at the WGHA Office (1291 Nafziger Road, Unit #3, Baden, ON N3A 0C4). Payment can also be made online using PayPal secure services. There is a $5 administration fee added to the total cost of the session for online payments only.

Session prices are:
Preparation Program: $75 (3 hours)
Specialized Skills Sessions: $30 per session

The pre-season and specialized sessions have maximum numbers so wait lists will be created and queued by date and time the registration AND payment are received by WGHA.

Player Maximums are:
Preparation Program 25 Players, 4 Goalies per division session
Goalie Session 15 Goalies
Power Skating Session 30 Players, 6 goalies
Puck Skills Session 30 Players

ACCIDENT WAIVER:

The registrant named on this application, their guardian and family hereby release “WGHA” and "LMcIntosh Hockey" from all claims for damages arising from any accidents or injury which are caused by or arise from participation of the applicant named on this application during any part of the program or in any facility where the program is being held.
