Atom LL's Pick Up Another Win
The Atom LL's played host to the Milverton Royals on Wednesday night, in their second meeting of the second half.
Late in the first period, the Wolverines picked up the first goal of the game on a shot from Veronica B., assisted by Madison D. and Jessica B.
Neither team was able to score in the second, but early in the third period the Wolverines increased their lead to 2-0 with another goal from Veronica B., unassisted. The Wolverines held on to their two goal lead and ended up with the win.
Eva C. played an outstanding game in net and earned the shut-out.
Players of the game went to Julia S., who played a solid game on defense, and Veronica B. for her offensive effort.
