Saturdays game was a hard fought battle as both Pee Wee teams faced off against each other for the first time. LL#2 after surrendering a goal in the first period battled hard to tie the game in the second with Katelyn Yantzi scoring on an assist from Heather Darlington. With the 3rd period filled with back in forth action and LL#2 buzzing the net in the last 30 seconds the game ended in a 1-1 draw. A great effort was put in by all the girls. Smartie award winner Alana Miller prevented a wrap around attempt and hard hat player of the game Katelyn Yantzi for playing a solid back and forth game .
