Midget Rep Wolverines Register for Pittsburgh Girls Thanksgiving Classic
The Wilmot Wolverines Midget Reps know what they will be doing on American Thanksgiving weekend - playing some terrific international tournament hockey and enjoying some prime US shopping in the City of Champions where the Thanksgiving sales are legendary and there is no sales tax on clothes!
On Thursday November 28, 2013 the Wilmot Wolverines Midget Reps will be heading down to Pittsburgh PA to participate in the Pittsburgh Girls Thanksgiving Classic hosted by the Steel City Selects and Pittsburgh Elite Girls and organized by Sportacular Events. This will represent the first Wolverine team to travel to an international tournament.
The weekend tournament will feature round-robin games Friday Nov. 29 and Saturday Nov. 30 and playoff round games on Sunday Dec. 1 against quality American and Canadian teams. Of course the tournament will also offer excellent shopping times for the whole family and a memorable team-bonding time for the players.
