Tie for Wolverines versus Ayr
In Saturday's game the Novice LL Wolverines skated to a 0-0 tie with the Ayr Rockets.
It was the first meeting between the two teams this year. The two teams were very evenly matched, as shown by the score.
It was a very back and forth game with neither team dominating the play. Both teams had some scoring opportunities but both goalies played well and made some good saves.
The two teams will meet again in two weeks, in Ayr. The Wolverines next game is Thursday night against Woolwich and then another on Saturday against the Waterloo Ravens #1.
