Novice HL's Fight Hard Against Panda's
Saturday's game saw the Wilmot Wolverine Novice HL's take on the Kitchener Panda's in the second last game of the season.
The Panda's got off to a quick start, scoring 3 times in the openning period. The Panda's added 2 more in the second. The Wolverine's were able to put one in the net in the second as well.
The third period saw the Panda's add one more early on. However, the Wolverine's didn't quit and came roaring back to rally for 4 goals in just under 3 minutes to bring the score within one.
Unfortunately, the Panda's were able to add 2 more goals to take the win. However, the Wolverine's showed a lot of spirit in continuing to play hard the entire game. The girls can be very proud of their effort.
