Another Win for Wolverines
The Wilmot Wolverine Novice HL team played a closely matched game today against the Cambridge Roadrunners #3 and came out with a win.
Both teams had some good chances but were no one was able to score in the first two periods. Both goalies made some good saves.
In the third period, the Roadrunners got on the board first. But the Wolverines came back with two goals in the third. The first goal came after a scramble infront of the Roadrunner's net with the goal being given to Grace B. A few minutes later, Kasey B. scored with assist going to Veronica B.
The Wolverines were able to hold on to the one goal lead and came out with the win. Good work girls!
