Playoff Game #6
It took til game #6, but your Bantam Wolverines are firing on all cylinders in a fantastic team win tonight, blanking the the Grand River Mustangs 4-0!

#1- and team Captain- Harman MINHAS!, with a beauty of an assist and some great second effort on the empty netter (plus at least two other chances) your best game this season by far!
With the win tonight, that moves us back into a playoff contention. With just 4 games remaining, and still 8 points on the table, it is going to be a race til the very end. Excellent team effort and focus on our systems play lead to a total domination of the Mustangs, especially in the third period! A great way to head into a tournament for sure.
Next up is our away tournament for the season, a trip down the 403 to Hamilton/Stoney Creek for the Valentines Day classic, Sweetheart tournament.
First up are the two teams from Stoney Creek on Friday afternoon. Our first game is at 12:45 pm at the Mohawk Ice Pads at 710 Mountain Brow Blvd, Hamilton (or Stoney Creek if your GPS likes it better!)
The next game is Friday night at 7:30 against Stoney Creek #1.
Saturday see's us playing a team from St Catherines, the Jet's at 1:30 pm
A semi-final takes place that evening followed by the championship game Sunday morning.
Make sure your skates are sharp, your stick's taped and you bring your 'A' game on Friday
