Wolverines sweep Waterloo and slip into first
The Wilmot Novice girls team just completed a fantastic weekend of hockey. On Saturday the girls won against the Waterloo Raven "2cans" by a score of 5 to 2 at home. The next morning they traveled to the Waterloo Rockin' Ravens 5 at RIM park and took that game by a score of 10 to 1.
The two wins this weekend has propelled the girls from fourth to first place in the league.

The two wins this weekend has propelled the girls from fourth to first place in the league. This might be short lived as they wait for the undefeated teams from Twin Center to play their 6th and 7th games of the season.
Many of the girls got their first ever points or goals during these games. Congratulations to them! Also Congratulations to coach Rod and all the coaching staff for teaching them solid skills of the game and playing with a great attitude.
