Common Problems with Online Registration

 

Problem #1: I can't register! This doesn't work!
Online registration is NOT SUPPORTED on phones or tablets (e.g. iPad).  You must use a desktop or laptop computer to log in to IVRnet to complete your registration.


Problem #2: I can't remember my password!
The registration system will reset your password if you click on the Forgot Your Password, but at very busy times, password reset can take several hours, please try to be patient.  The reset message will come from [email protected] - please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see the password reset message after a few hours.


Problem #3: I filled everything out, but I can't pay!
This is likely caused by having a pop-up blocker activated in your web browser.  If your pop-up blocker in your web browser is active, it can prevent  the order confirmation message or the payment window from being shown.  Disable your pop-up blocker, and reattempt registration.
